Custom Lists of the Affluent
We create custom lists of the affluent, all with home address and full name of the individual (no trusts, corporations, etc.) to meet the individual requirements and specifications of each of our clients. Our lists are developed from databases that are defined in a way that conforms to the Federal Reserve Board's latest research on wealth distribution among US households. They are regularly updated, and we have experienced less than a 1% rate of undeliverables.
Name lists can be developed from the wealthiest 10% and 5% databases by specifying levels of wealth (defined by net worth and/or income) combined with such attributes as age, gender, various life style and recreation interests, and geography (state, county, metro area, or zip code).
If you tell us the wealth and other attributes you want to target and the geographic area that you want to cover, we can tell you how many records we have that match your specifications.
Wealthiest 10% Database This is a research-validated national list of over 1,050,000 affluent households that have a minimum net worth of $800,000 (89% are millionaires) and are not part of any affinity group. Profile: average annual household income of $372,000 (median of $261,000); average investable assets of $2.3 million (median of $0.9 million); average net worth of $4.5 million (median of $3.2 million); average age 55 (median of 55); and 88% married. These figures are directly from our most recent Spring 2008 Survey of Affluent Americans. We know of no other list source that can provide you with this kind of specific detail about their lists.
Wealthiest 5% Database As part of the wealthiest 10% database, this file includes over 600,000 households that have a minimum $1,500,000 net worth. Profile: average annual household income of $401,000 (median of $319,000); average investable assets of $2.6 million (median of $1.8 million); average net worth of $5.3 million (median of $5.0 million); average age 56 (median of 56); and 90% married.
Wealthiest 1% Database This database of 43,000 records consists of households that have a minimum net worth of $6 million, placing them among the wealthiest 1% in the country. Their average net worth is $11.4 million (median of $9.8 million). They have an average income of $686,000 (median of $625,000) based on our Spring 2008 survey. Records can be selected by city, county, or state.
Wealthiest 1/2% Database This database of 17,000 records consists of households that have a minimum net worth of $10 million, placing them among the top half percent of all US households. The list contains numerous recognizable names from the fields of sports, entertainment, and business. Records can be selected by city, county, or state.
We have a minimum order of $350 that can be paid by check or credit card. Full advance payment is required for orders of $700 or less. For larger orders, we require a 50% deposit. Records are delivered on-line in Excel format. Lists may be used an unlimited number of times for 12 months from date of purchase.
